Time to meet our next bunch of volunteers... Niki, Kelly, and Geoff!

This group of volunteers is one that we are very excited to introduce. We have Niki Brodeur, Geoff Atkinson, and Kelly Rider! Niki has been an integral part in JASY throughout the years. She recently left First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford for an Associate Pastor position in Greensburg, PA. She seems to be having an amazing experience, and we all believe she made the perfect decision! Niki could not imagine JASY going on without her this year, so she quickly signed up for a spot! Of course we didn't hesitate to bring her along! Niki will be trying out a new role this year as a Swim Team Volunteer!

It will be fun to see how she does in the pool! We think you will do great! But we didn't just get Niki... we got quite a package deal! Geoff and Kelly! Kelly and Niki have been life long friends, which is how we all were introduced to Kelly. Kelly has also been to JASY multiple times and will be joining us again this year. Kelly has also been crucially important to the running of JASY camp! She is the Swimming Venue Leader and does a fantastic job at it! We all know that without Kelly, the Swimming Venue would not be the same! Every year Kelly has lead the Swimming Venue, and so we are sure it will run smoothly with this well seasoned volunteer at its head! Kelly, we can't wait to have you down in Kingston again! Thank you for giving up your time to be with us.

Niki is now introducing a new member to the JASY team... her boyfriend Geoff! Niki met Geoff when she moved to Greensburg at their church! Of course during their time of getting to know each other, Niki's love of Jamaica and JASY came up. Soon, Geoff would also be connected to JASY! After we had put together our team, Geoff expressed an interest to join us, unfortunately we did not have the room in our team. After one of our volunteers could no longer make it, we knew exactly who to call! Geoff has become more and more excited to join us as Niki has filled his ear with the wonders of JASY. Geoff will be joining the Caribbean Games crew this year and they are excited to have such an athlete among them. We are so excited to get to know Geoff and see how he will change the lives of young Jamaicans. Niki, Kelly, and Geoff... WELCOME TO THE TEAM!
